Pros

The company culture is great! I love working with people who genuinely care about providing great care for people. Management is evolving to meet the needs of the modern world. They are engaged and actively seeking ways to improve. Growing company, positioned well for industry trends. Opportunity for growth abounds, whether you want to advance in your position or just improve your skills.

Cons

Medical Benefits are a little underwhelming for the cost (cost seems on par with most companies). Many things are run by consensus which means a lot of meetings (they are very team approach focused which is a good thing, but can bottleneck efficiency).
