      Pros

      I have worked for Avamere most of my career. I have moved up from CNA to CMA and other positions. If you have the motivation and ambition to work hard and gain education as well as experience, there is a lot of opportunities. You are what makes your experience. You are your best advocate, and your attitude reflects what you experience anywhere you work. This company can be a benefit to anyone. They offer education reimbursement and tons of motivation to move up. I appreciate all the opportunities I have been given and hope to continue working here and moving up.

      Cons

      Hours can be reduced with census. There can be a lot of negativity from other employees. You just have to look past that and know that attitude is a choice. The benefits are pretty expensive and not that great.
