I was hired immediately and the onboarding process was flexible

Cons

Administrators are incompetent and play political games, favoring some employees and creating a hostile work environment for employees that speak up. Every minute of your time is tracked via a work device and overtime is punished. Management openly says they don’t take Spanish speaking patients because they don’t want to pay for interpreter services.

Awesome floor staff to work with.

Cons

Administrator is retaliatory. Works with the DNS, HR and the RCM on the skilled hall to harass other employees to the point that they quit or fabricate stories about them to legitimate firing them. Management polices themselves.
