flexible hours and shifts good cna to nurse ratio nice and clean facility they have their own CNA school so they get students and new CNAs often everybody is very nice

Cons

short-staffed (thats everywhere now) overall not many cons

A great starter job, especially if you're looking to get into the healthcare field.

- Great coworkers and supportive environment - Good hourly rate - Frequent staff appreciation events

Cons

- As the receptionist you can sometimes be spread quite thin during busy periods. Having to answer the door while the phone is ringing and you have a resident needing your attention all at the same time etc. - Constant changes in rules and practices. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with what is a rule and when they change.
