Serving seniors is important work.

Cons

Horrible working conditions. Staff are responsible for too many adults per shift, there is no way to give everyone the quality of care they are entitled to because their model is to save money by staying understaffed. Zero dignity from the higher ups. All sketchy (at best) business, no compassion.

Great co-workers and getting to know fantastic residents.

Cons

Everything else. Overworked, underpaid, extremely poor communication. Upper management doesn’t care about patient workload. Consistently working short staffed. STEER CLEAR.
