Pros

Competitive pay, good employee benefits (free food, reward items such as shirts, water bottles, tvs?!), lots of support for each other

Cons

The benefits are expensive, salaried employees don’t earn PTO as quickly as hourly employees

Rewarding, challenging, relational, and great first job experience for a recent graduate or future healthcare worker

Cons

Unable to help with staffing, low pay, mistreatment of workers in the form of overworking, underpaying, and leaving us over-exhausted so that top-notch care is near impossible. Variable pay with no basis of experience, degree level, or expertise.
