Pros

Everyone is pleasant enough to be around, though I have not made any work friends.

Cons

Few standardized processes, so filling in for someone means doing things a different, often worse, way than you are used to. Low salary. Low time-off accrual. Expensive benefits. Management lacks vision. Everyone overworked. Awful turnover. Unsupportive. I heard a VP say the n-word within my first month.

lots of shifts available if you need money

Cons

other coworkers were very unreliable and lazy and got away with it. I was always asked to come early and stay late and to work shifts I was not trained for.
