Literally the worst place I've ever worked. I can't even begin to explain how much working here was a waste of time. The mere fact that they have *family* in their slogan is a red flag. Don't ever work for a company that says "we're a family" because it's code for "we treat our employees like garbage".

Hard working staff. Extra hours.

Cons

Never enough staff hired. High turn over. Low pay. Residents verbally abuse you, often a skeleton crew. I took the job as part time and I ended up taking a bunch of shifts and working over time because there was never enough staff. I would have stayed after 8 months except the pay was just so low.
