Pros

The company is union and you will receive bonuses for picking up shifts as well as incentives if they are short staffed.

Cons

often short staffed, staff can be rude until you've proven yourself.

Pros

The management at the Bellingham location has gotten much better in the last few years.

Cons

Too much pressure on management in building to cut costs and accept patients but then are required to staff per census, not per patient needs.

Pros

Everyone is pleasant enough to be around, though I have not made any work friends.

Cons

Few standardized processes, so filling in for someone means doing things a different, often worse, way than you are used to. Low salary. Low time-off accrual. Expensive benefits. Management lacks vision. Everyone overworked. Awful turnover. Unsupportive. I heard a VP say the n-word within my first month.
