Great learning opportunities. Various patient diagnoses, and lots of treatments to do daily equating to diverse learning

Cons

Ineffective managerial communication. From scheduling, to alerting staff of new admits or discharges. Overwhelming patient load, not enough backup support. Unfortunate poor employee morale

The residents are great and deserve the best.

Cons

Management encourages bad business practices. They're play childish games based on favoritism. It's gross. Promotions are based on who you know not what you know or what you can bring to the team. It's an unhappy place to work. Most of the 5 star ratings here are fixed and not actual employee reviews.
