Pros

They treat their employees extremely well. People are happy and excited to come to work every day. Pay is competitive, and they prioritize maintaining a healthy work-life balance. At my facility, it truly feels like our Administrator cares about her employees - from CNA's to department heads.

Cons

Benefits are extremely expensive.

Avamere employees work together as a whole, coming alongside one another to provide the best service possible for our residents.

Cons

No paid holidays, must use your PTO to celebrate holidays such as Christmas,Thanksgiving,etc.
