      Hard Work Pays Off Here

      Pros

      I have found the company to be very supportive of its educational programs and the staff involved. I enjoy the work environment and have been involved in many opportunities to better educate myself about elder care and nursing. The company, like many others, experiences change from time to time, which can be hard. I have found upper management to be open, eager to learn how they can help and participate in the changes needed to sustain us all, long term. Promotion from within is common, and encouraged. Hard work pays off.

      Cons

      Turnover is high, as is in many fields of nursing. It is difficult to find employees dedicated to nursing and not specifically looking for a paycheck. However, I have found that hard work pays off.
