      Good place, better people

      Pros

      The people I work with care. The patients are the most important, and are treated accordingly. The facility is a home, and the patients are happy. The PTO is great. Feeling of accomplishment when helping the patients. Stability of knowing you have a place to work, and that you are helping others.

      Cons

      Home office does not know what is actually going on in the facilities. The raises aren't being given, or are miniscule. Too many tasks, and not enough time to complete them. New protocol being set forth, but no training, or notice given by higher ups. Needs better benefits.
