Pros

The management team are what make the Bremerton location a blessing. The wages are competitive, managers and supervisors are understanding about personal and family issues. The staff here truly care about the residents and families and the compassion shows in the quality of care provided.

Cons

As with any facility in the growth process there can be staffing issues. There could be more training related to facility procedures.

Pros

The company culture is great! I love working with people who genuinely care about providing great care for people. Management is evolving to meet the needs of the modern world. They are engaged and actively seeking ways to improve. Growing company, positioned well for industry trends. Opportunity for growth abounds, whether you want to advance in your position or just improve your skills.

Cons

Medical Benefits are a little underwhelming for the cost (cost seems on par with most companies). Many things are run by consensus which means a lot of meetings (they are very team approach focused which is a good thing, but can bottleneck efficiency).

Good hours, kind and highly educated staff, flexible schedule and friendly administration

Cons

They are always over staffing the workers, so people must be sent home at every shift which is very frustrating
