The schedule for nurses and aides is 4 on, 2 off. Facility is understaffed and staff to patient ratio is not adequate for the acuity of the residents. Facility accepts patients that they are not able to care for. Management does not take action on reports of racial and sexual harassment. Abuse is tolerated. The company pinches every penny they can. Staff turnover is abysmally high. There is a lack of teamwork and nurses and aides don’t work together. This place really is scary to work at and to stay in.
