Pros

Most people from Avanade are great to work with. Decent benefits. Work with lots of different technology from old to new

Cons

Experiences are project dependent, it will be your worst nightmare if you get on a bad project. Sometimes you might end up on projects that have nothing to do with you skill sets. Promotions requires you to get certifications even though most of it are useless to your current position. Salary raise is a joke unless you get promoted. Very Microsoft focused.
