Good Place for Getting Experience

Microsoft technologies used exclusively, smart, motivated people, good place to stretch skills, great medical benefits, training is supported.

Cons

Pay is less than market, some training you will have to pay for yourself, not much room for moving up, more management than "do-ers" on projects.

Beautiful work environment. Great hours. Friendly staff (consultants). Good pay.

Cons

Never met my direct boss who was based out of Seattle. Never had a direct manager support me or meet with me, except when they had negative comments. Was sent to a weekend-long job training that felt cultish and odd. Was never set-up with actual on the job training besides 2 days worth.
