      employees are a priority, great culture, room to advance and to change focus

      Cons

      My work life balance was great but I didn't see an avenue to advance and keep a work life balance, a lot of my seniors seemed to dedicate most of their time to work.

      Pros

      Avanade's CEO, Pam Maynard, truly puts the employee experience first. Over the past 2 years, she has invested in cultivating a culture that recognizes that each employee is a human first, and allowing us the balance to be our best professionally, as well as personally. Senior leadership (and thereby the culture) is very collaborative, and open to being swayed on ideas if they're good. There is both a strong desire, support, and push for trying new things and continually making things better.

      Cons

      Being a global company means there's incredible flexibility, but it also means meetings at odd times. Overall, it's a net-positive tradeoff, but it is a consideration.
