      Pros

      You will work with the best folk in the industry at Avanade. A good, closely-knit community with fantastic peers who collaborate and assist as required. Definitely the go-to place for entry level folks with little/no experience; basically new graduates.

      Cons

      Pressure to get certified and stay billable year-round. Bench time is discouraged. Work life balance can get challenging. Your experience with Avanade will depend "TOTALLY" on the clients you work with.

      Free technical certifications. Trainings on major technology's. Decent salary package. Lots of team outing and party's. Hikes and promotions on time.

      Cons

      No proper management. No work life balance at all. Sucks up work from people who work, Doesn't take any action on people who escape from work, you end up doing their work as well. Very less onshore opportunities. Formal dress code.
