Pros

Flexible work place policy so can work remotely. Good technology infrastructure and IT support, which improve the remote working experience. Work load is reasonable except when approaching and during month end/quarter end.

Cons

Limited in-person interaction with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams. Not much transparency as to what your colleagues are doing. Pay appears to be below market. Understaffed in certain departments so work load is heavy during certain timeframes.
