I got to work in a challenging project and learnt a lot from my colleagues. One of the best things about working in Avanade is the career mentoring, certificates and in-house comprehensive training activities. Overall the company culture is very inclusive and HRs are supportive. Excellent benefits!

Cons

- Working mainly with clients, I got to involve less with Avanade folks and building relationships within the company was challenging - Variable bonus and salary review is usually once is 1-2 years
