Pros
Smart/friendly/professional coworkers. Lots of empowerment for employees to do extra. Certifications, conferences, and all sorts of leadership opportunities including lunch and learns and other company sponsored social events. Nice location dt - look out to CN tower and the lake. If you make your case, company will stand up for you to clients.
Cons
Work is very project dependent, and there is a wide variety of projects. After you roll off, bench time is not very productive, as you may be pulled to learn multiple different technology stacks to try to pass interviews. If you work by yourself on a client site, may not be as fun.
