Good culture created by management. Lots of expectations but also room for growth and flexibility.

Through annual goal plans and a career adviser that is assigned to you, you're always in charge of shaping your own growth ambitions. - You can grow vertically or horizontally in the company so you never stop learning. - Training is probably one of the biggest advantages at Avanade. There's a min. of 80h per year and our people can get e.g. certified on the latest Microsoft technology. - Avanade is a place where I feel my voice is heard, it's not a company where employees are 'numbers'. - Because of the global structure, there's a ton of flexibility and opportunity to work in an international environment. - I love the working atmosphere and have built solid relationships with my colleagues.
