great flexibility and worklife balance opportunities to grow my career opportunities to learn always improving how we do things and working on the cutting edge of new advancements in my field friendly atmosphere where we work hard and play hard awesome managers who are trained to be good managers and a progressive career management program

Cons

large corporation with lots of hoops to jump through not always easy to connect with other employees since we are all at separate locations

- Lots of employee support and extracurricular activities to participate in - Exciting projects with a "pod" structure filled with team-oriented colleagues - Great clients with opportunity for innovative solution design - Access to a large number of resources to support career growth - Full control of your career growth and trajectory; plenty of opportunities to advance and create a name for yourself - Great benefits

Cons

No downsides to report. Avanade has always supported me and my career growth at a pace I am comfortable with.
