      Pros

      VP was nice but anything I said was repeated back to the CM that didn't like me.

      Cons

      No way to control if you are the bench but you get dinged for being on it.

      Pros

      They do care about their people, and make an effort at setting up structure to connect despite the consultant's disconnected life. Insulation from some of Accenture's cutthroat business consulting attitude with access to their customers.

      Cons

      Office politics, silos where engineering doesn't want delivery management to step on and visa-versa ("keep off my lawn"). Subordination to Accenture's worldview and management practices (you're a subcontractor to them). Lack of personal life in order to get ahead.
