      Pros

      The people at avanade are some of the smartest people in the world. This has built a solid community of high performing people who share information and excitement for what we do.

      Cons

      The toughest part of working at avanade is the travel. If you are single and not really tied down it's not a problem but as people build families it can be tough to maintain a traveling lifestyle.

      Smart and creative people that collaborate but with a desire to get things done with a heavy customer focus. If you are looking for a career where you can get to work on projects that leverage some interesting technologies to solve business problems, then this is one of the better places to achive that goal.

      Cons

      Big small company that is going through growing pains. The company is looking to find that happy balance between comon process, framework and strategy while retaining the necessary indivdualization required to get the job done. This is the natural evolution that all companies seem to go through when growing
