      Smart consultants, good niche within the Microsoft ecosystem, good partnership with Accenture

      Cons

      Poor leadership and sales comp. Bloated with too many sales managers that don't add any value to the company. Sales comp gets worse by the year.

      The people are awesome. I loved all my coworkers and everyone was so capable.

      Cons

      The company is constantly being chopped up by Accenture and is owned by Microsoft as well, so it's all a facade that Avanade can control its own interests and do what's best for its people.
