You have to be able to manage yourself and your time wisely. You need to create your own structure and adhere to it. This is also a Pro.

There is a lot of available training and certifications (all covered by the company), and the position is fully remote (project-dependent, as some clients might want you to be onsite on certain days).

Cons

Sometimes, you will be on the bench for weeks or months, like months, and be on watch if you're still employed the next day. lol

Not only identity crisis being accenture and microsoft owned but the amount if people doing the exact same thing is really bloating the business. Leaders are not leaders, they are all selfish and want to have their own fortress of soilders doing the dirty work. Very toxic culture
