      Good visibility to promotion and advancement opportunity process Good, positive, open culture Ok salary Ok benefits Good PTO Decent focus on training and skill development

      Cons

      We target the middle of the road for salary, but expect the best people. Sometimes get overworked and underappreciated. Diversity targets are based on US population percentage, not based on percentage of applicant pool. This is prohibitive towards advancement if you don't meet the diversity metrics.

      Almost everyone I worked with and under was very kind. There was a lot of time dedicated to my professional development, and a wealth of mentors. It is a great place for someone to be

      You kind of get whatever project you get. Despite all the unusually kind people, I left because I kept getting put on projects I did not think were relevant to the skillset I was trying to develop.

      Good opportunity to learn

      Pros

      Very interesting projects and clients. Pays about market average. Good PTO / Sick time.

      Cons

      Too much travel. Managers only care if you made client happy. Not really a sustainable lifestyle if you actually want to have a life.
