Pros
There were quite a lot of friendly people(mostly seniors).
Cons
1 - Low salary 2 - There were numerous interns who performed poorly. Many of the interns lacked sufficient knowledge of technology and their job performance was subpar. The selection process should prioritize research and skills rather than just considering ethnicity and gender. Despite recommending some of my intelligent university colleagues multiple times, their applications were rejected. 3 - They assigned me very few tasks, and I wasn't provided with opportunities to learn and grow professionally. 4 - I faced numerous issues with the human resources department. Many times, I wasn't adequately informed about various matters. 5 - Multiple times I was doing the senior's jobs.
