      Pros

      The pros are that you get to travel, you get good benefits, work culture is pretty nice as well.

      Cons

      The downside being that travel to some projects particular smaller cities can be terrible, the management is not great either

      Pros

      No company is perfect, once you understand that its easy to see the pros and cons- Avanade is a great place to work, Culture and values are one of the best things about Avanade! In my role I work 100% virtual and that is a huge pro! People here are smart and passionate. The executive management team is accessible and easy to engage-If you are a professional and on top of your game this is a great place to grow you career. The benefits here are above average in fact they are generous, a family plan cost about $300 per-month. They ask a lot of you but what company doesn't? Mandatory training, keeps you sharp, The time flies by, very busy and never seems to be enough time.

      Cons

      Heavy on the emails, lots of change (every 18 months major changes) if your the type of person that doesn't like change Avanade is not the place for you! Compensation for recruiting is average or just under average by 20% however working 100% virtual makes up for that in my opinion.
