      Pros

      Great technical team supporting the client, but with a price.

      Cons

      Poor environment for selling success. More proposal loss, than winning! Pricing is is risk stacked beyond reasonabililty. A desire to operate under Accenture only, and NOT practically competitive as an open market consultancy throughout the US. Project or Program delivery (DIRECT) is weak and risky to the client.

      -Good benefits -Paid certifications -Big emphasis on training

      Cons

      This is hands down the most unorganized organization I've ever been a part of. The training boot camp I attended was an utter waste of time. To their credit, i've spent MONTHS on the bench without getting laid off, but with no growth to show for it. They expanded RADICALLY into several new Microsoft platforms (AX, CRM, GP), but just don't seem to have gotten the business to staff these people. I do not see a good future for these practices.

      Good benefits If you have a good career manager, you will be happy Some fun work events Opportunities to learn more about Microsoft technologies

      Cons

      Mainly male upper mgmt Hard to get promoted Sometimes the life/work balance is tough Not enough important senior level communication to the company wide Laying off the best people to better upper mgmt bonuses People were happier years back under the old executive team
