      Better than Accenture

      Pros

      You get paid more, and get better bonuses than Accenture. You can get into top companies, and attempt to land a full time contract there.

      Cons

      FAANG obviously pays way more for entry level, but pay for higher ranking positions at Avanade varies.

      -100% vested in 401k from start -reputable within the marketplace which makes your opportunity to be poached HIGH!

      Cons

      -I see people leaving the company (leadership and all levels) every week -entry level college grad positions are extremely underpaid, even with promotions and raises, you will always be below the market rate -promotions can be hard if you are not well connected with leadership -there is stack ranking so you have to do better than your peers to get promoted -some projects will make you work overtime and not pay you for it -WLB will depend on your project -low bonuses

      Environment, Culture, Close-Knit community and a commitment to meritocracy.

      Cons

      Rapid erosion of technical depth fueled by a move to prioritize sales over delivery. Introduction of process for the sake of process makes everyone less responsive - especially to customers.
