Pros

Still a few good people left at each office. If you get on a project with them, you'll learn a lot.

Cons

- Below industry average total comp (base is slightly below avg, bonus structure is well below average) - Decrease in spending on employee (e.g. moving to more virtual training, shorter training leading to ill prepared new resources, declining benefits)

Pros

Struggling to find some positives at this time.

Cons

While we always want to do the best we can for our clients, sometimes the client behaviors/actions are not acceptable and leadership needs to support the team vs. the client in the cases.

Top heavy, can't stop being a consultant-based business

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Good focus on inclusion. Good work/life balance with a lot of work from home positions.

Cons

VERY top-heavy. There are WAY too many people pulling down six figures whose jobs seem to boil down to vague hand-waving, being in meetings and pumping out PowerPoint decks for no real discernible purpose. Also, even though they've been trying to pivot to a *aaS model, they have trouble breaking free of their consultant mindset. Everything at the company revolves around consultants. I had a position of consultant and then senior consultant, despite never having consulted a day in my life: this is just how they break down their salary levels (e.g., analyst, senior analyst, consultant, senior consultant, etc.), but it influences everything in the company, where everything is seen as a project and there's not a whole lot of organization around creating sustainable products.
