Free training and Microsoft certifications. Smart people. Inclusive culture and decent pay.

Cons

Some feel I t’s a con but I enjoyed traveling my 2nd year. It can be long hours but very rewarding and challenging work. Constant learning can be difficult when on-project but the company allows for paid training time so you can focus on training or certs.
