      - career opportunities - dynamic workplace - drink at work

      Cons

      - the operator can be nice and a jerk and was weird to work with - Directors left me in the dark many times and was not good to work with - toxic workplace is too common - the crazy part was charging the client $150/hr and all we had was noobs barely learning an RPA tech and passing them off as "experts" - SM wanted my team to work 70hrs a week JUST to "look good" in front of the client, while there was not much additional work to do and things were done on time, bcuz of me
