Avanade is increasingly becoming indistinguishable from Accenture in the worst possible ways. On top of that, leadership waited far too long to push out senior executives who tanked the business and instead have performed rolling mass layoffs disguised as performance / bench issues. Sales incentive programs change each year while the business is trying to penetrate a new segment of customers while not addressing cost issues internally. This makes it incredibly hard to succeed while us sellers continue to bear the responsibility of the business not growing.

Massive wave of layoffs from corporate functions. Some positions moved to Accenture. They do not value hard work and prefer to pay next to nothing using offshore employees. I see this as a form of taking advantage of cheap labor. Pathetic
