Pros
Good starting pay, yearly increment, great employee benefits and free access to many learning materials. It is really a great place to start off your career.
Cons
Because is a consulting firm, you will be assigned to a project team. Usually will be based on client office and is usually in the busy areas of Kuala Lumpur. Then once the project is done, you will move on to another project and usually with another new bunch of people at a new working environment which is not for everyone since you need to get to know everyone's working style again to adapt and adjust to work with them.
