A Solid Place to Learn, But Watch Out for Work-Life Imbalance.

Pros

-Supportive colleagues (Not all) -Nice perks like flexi cash -Microsoft courses

Cons

-Low pay, compared to industry standards, -Forget about work life balance, but it really depends on the client project you're assigned to. -Project Allocation & Toxicity. The company often cited too many people on the bench, yet the work distribution seemed UNFAIR. Some people were on the bench for months, while others were overworked. LOL.

Maybe you will find some good networks and keep your connections after you let go.

Cons

You can easily be let go if they can't assign you to a project. No matter how long you have been with them, you can't survive if there is no project and you are on the bench.
