      Pros

      You will work with the best folk in the industry at Avanade. A good, closely-knit community with fantastic peers who collaborate and assist as required. Definitely the go-to place for entry level folks with little/no experience; basically new graduates.

      Cons

      Pressure to get certified and stay billable year-round. Bench time is discouraged. Work life balance can get challenging. Your experience with Avanade will depend "TOTALLY" on the clients you work with.

      Great place to work if you love cutting edge Microsoft technologies. Great benefits and good work/life balance when you aren't traveling for a project. They offer tons of opportunities to learn and pay 100% certification test costs.

      Cons

      Unless you live in one of the cities where they have work, you will have to travel ~100%
