Pros

The only pros of working her was the pay was slightly higher than other positions in the area. They pay high because that is the only way to retain employees.

Cons

Management here is terrible. They are only worried about their themselves and will not help with growth. Most of the managers don't have a lot of answers so they lie and when things are wrong, they blame the leasing staff.

Pros

Nothing, from the top down this company is terrible,

Cons

The owner of a company once asked somebody to fire somebody cause he did ask he didn’t like the way he looked! That should tell you the direction of this company.

Pros

A company is made up of a collaborative and cumulative effort and culture of the people that work within the company. The message was strong and passion oozed out of the leadership's pores. There was structure initially and issues were handled cohesively and decisively. There were no excuses, do your work, meet your deadlines and the world kept spinning. You even would have fun on most days. The fact that was a black-owned company was a cherry on top. Finally a company with people that looked like me in positions of authority. That was something I could be proud of.

Cons

Knee-jerk, highly emotional, unprofessional reactions. At the beginning of 2022 was when it all went downhill. With the firing of a mentor and for all intents and purposes the glue that held the region and the company together. That termination was felt by so many people and the company was never the same again. After that, it was repeated firings, one after another, with no plan or guidance to replace or fill the roles of the person that was just terminated on salacious grounds to boot. It appears that this company wouldn't know true value if it jumped up and bit them in the you know what. I will say this in most cases you get out what you put in. But with this company it doesn't matter you can give 100% and they still will find a reason to terminate you so protect yourself at the end of the day because they most certainly won't.
