Diversity within the company as a whole

Cons

Low pay for Managers and supervisors. Not enough maintenance/cleaning team.. members are stretched thin. Managers also need more support. Everything maintenance wise is done in-house which is cheap instead of getting professional contractors.

Cons

Very little to no training for supervisors. The expectations not meeting with reality. Very little support. Workloads are harder to manage. A very stressful work environment.
