This company tells you at the beginning how good they are in communicating with the employees and how family oriented they are but that's just a cover. Residents are the last of their concerns. I was an employee and i can tell you that if you get the round around as a resident, keep waiting because they will try to keep it that way until you mention that you are complaining with fair housing. ALSO, the waiting list is a lie. I saw family and friends of the employees being put ahead of people waiting for almost two years to move in. IF you don't know a worker, most likely you will end up waiting for a long time. Apartments are falling apart and they are just putting bandage on your problems.

Lack of structure and order, good and hard working employees are not appreciated or respected, employees are judged on their friendships rather than actual work efforts, higher ups do not have basic knowledge of housing laws and are do not have basic leadership skills
