      Companies Needs To Invest More Into Employees

      -Solid coworkers -Solid workspace -Pro-Union workspace (at least appears to be)

      Cons

      -Company needs to invest in either hiring more people, or investing more into it's employee's environment -Every problem here can be solved by "We should hire someone to tackle that problem", yet the company won't hire....even though it's incredibly profitable. -No long-term growth for newer/younger employees
