Great Company

Pros

Great benefits, really healthy work life balance, good people, nice offices. You can get a lot of knowledge and experience in a pretty relaxed environment.

Cons

The company is owned by a Spanish Multinational. It seems at the senior level, most turnover is replaced by people from abroad, as the USA is highest on the pay scale. So long term, if one wants to advance to the highest levels, it might be a bit tougher if you don't speak fluent spanish. IT is extremely frustrating when you have to do it. Lots of turnover means certain departments will lose a key person and take a long time to recover.
