      Pros

      Overall the process was relatively easy and the team was very transparent in the process. Job descriptions were thorough and the management team was very open during interviews. Appears to be high growth, ample job opportunities and provide the opportunity to shape the future.

      Cons

      Being a larger organization, approvals and policy process can delay the offer/onboarding process.

      Decent pay, solid benefits, each department has their own flexibility.

      Cons

      Used to be hybrid and now 5 days in office which is such a downer. Slow progression if you are not in a union.

      Very good benefits

      Pros

      Although I was laid off in December 2025 due to a company reorganization and job elimination, the company has very good benefits and my time there, 6 years and 3 months was good. I worked hard and felt I was fairly compensated. I did report to several different managers and there was several changes in Directors while I was there which was fine. I felt I did my job well and got along well with all Leadership and Colleagues. Since it's a regulated industry it's very policy heavy so the importance of being compliant in your work is key.

      Cons

      5 days a week in the office. Used to have a hybrid work model.
