Good company

Pros

Pay is high compared to other wind companies and 401k is great as of 2025 if you put in 8% they will match up to 12% so 20% of your net pay is put into a 401k easily maxing it out every year.

Cons

Depending on the platform you work on the money is ok, at times not worth it. Very physical job and most of the site are in the middle of nowhere, the company doesn't pay for mileage so expect to give 2 hours to a commute.

Management is bad but good coworkers

Nice coworkers, snacks, if you're not an intern good benefits.

Cons

RTO, lack of oversight from managers, interns don't feel like they have mentorship especially business ones.
