Pros
401k match is great, but you have to stay 3 years to get the match. Don’t think I’m going to make it. Remote work is available.
Cons
IDK where to start. On boarding was horrible. I still don’t have access to many systems I need. Dealing with IT in Spain is very problematic for US workforce. Many weekends working and never seem to catch up. Priorities change on a biweekly basis and work life balance is non existent. No employee perks like other huge Companies. But the worst is that Sr Leadership has 0 buy in (oh and 75% of them have left within the past 6 months) The buck never stops. Way too many meetings and lots of language barriers too. No time to get actual work completed. Don’t think I’ll be around much longer. Y’all can keep the 401k match. I’ll stoke out if I stay for 3 years.
