I worked directly with some great nurses, CNAs and other vital employees. The ADON was the only one that genuinely seemed to care about morale. The place is clean and organized.

Cons

Like many other SNFs, people come and go alot. They have employees that have worked there for years and not even they seem to be given the recognition they deserve. Agency CNAs are given preference over staff.
