Responsive Corporate team. Generally nice people.

Cons

Extremely difficult union environment. years of workforce cutting have left the workforce bitter and resentful. Union strategy is to log as many grievences as possible to get leverage at the next contract negotiation. They are executing this strategy extremely well.
